Year-Around Student Employment Programs (can be used in the summer months)

The HispanicServing Institutions National Internship Program (HSINIP) - recruits Hispanic college students for paid 10-week summer or 15-week fall or spring internships at federal agencies and private corporations in Washington, D.C. and throughout the country.  The HSINIP program recruits Hispanic students with a 3.0 GPA or higher and exposes them to various federal and corporate sector careers.

Duration:

Spring session:       January – May (15 weeks)
Summer session:   June 8, 2009 – August 14, 2009 (10 weeks)
Fall session:            August – December (15 weeks)

Deadline: Spring session:        late November
Summer session:    late March
Fall session:             late July
